In addition, WI is pleased to announce the new staff positions of Accounts Associate, Lauren Hunnings, and medical writers, Chantelle Rein-Smith, PhD, and Kelly Kilibarda, PhD. Ms. Hunning’s role includes ensuring client satisfaction with WI work. She holds a BS in nursing from East Carolina University. Dr. Rein-Smith holds a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Hamilton College and a PhD in Medical and Molecular Genetics from Oregon Health and Science University. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. Her areas of expertise include cardiology, hematology, and wound healing. Dr. Kilibarda holds a BS in Biology from Millersville University, ASCP certified MT/CLS from Lancaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and a PhD in Pathology from Duke University where she completed her postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Pathology. She has worked extensively in cancer (breast cancer metabolism and triple-negative breast cancer dormancy and recurrence), infectious disease, and metabolism.
