Natalie Herr, PhD, Medical Writer and Consultant at Whitsell Innovations (WI), Inc., will present at the 2016 Submission, Information, and Documentation Management Forum February 8 through February 10, 2016 in Bethesda, Maryland. This forum is sponsored by the Drug Information Association (DIA).
This forum will cover topics in four tracks: Electronic Regulatory Submissions (ERS), Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Business, RIM Technology, and Electronic Document Management (EDM). Dr. Herr is participating in a session entitled “Touchdown! or Fumble? The Medical Writing-to-Publishing Handoff,” which will provide perspectives of a lead medical writer and a publisher to cover the end-to-end process of submission documents, with a discussion of overall strategies and case studies to wrap up the conversation.
[quotes class=”quoteleft”]“As technology continues to drive our industry to more interoperable end-to-end submissions, meetings like this one present a critical and unique opportunity for thought leaders and regulators to discuss current best practices and identify key future issues,” says Dr. Herr. “I am very excited about attending this meeting and honored to be participating in the conversation.”[/quotes]
