Client Relationship Manager
Aubrey Venner joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2023 as Client Relationship Manager. She is responsible for support and oversight within active accounts: growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, increasing brand awareness and capabilities, and managing/tracking accounts.
Prior to joining WI, Ms. Venner began her career in corporate retail where she cultivated her skills in customer service and sales before discovering her true passion in the Life Science industry upon joining Quest Diagnostics. There, she excelled in sales, catering to local medical providers’ laboratory needs and later transitioned to coordinating onsite event testing for Quest’s Enterprise Accounts, all while spearheading the COVID Rapid Response program for the Infectious Disease and Immunology franchise as their Program Implementation Specialist. Eventually shifting to Digital Health, Aubrey lent her expertise to two start-ups as a Project Manager, where she played a pivotal role in supporting sponsors and CROs with the implementation of wearable biosensors in global clinical trials.
Aubrey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing, from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management.
