Client Relationship Manager

Stephanie Durbin joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2023 as Client Relationship Manager.  She is responsible for support and oversight within active accounts: growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, increasing brand awareness and capabilities, and managing/tracking accounts.

Prior to joining WI Mrs. Durbin worked as an Operations Manager and Chief of Staff.  She also ran her own boutique Operations and Team Development firm for many years. She has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino. Mrs. Durbin is passionate about people and providing them with the tools to be successful.
