Director of Business Development

Lilly Ferrick joined Whitsell Innovations (WI) in 2021. Her primary focus is the leadership of the Business Development and Accounts teams. Her areas of expertise are in the management of long sales cycles, building effective business development systems, and developing leaders.

Prior to joining WI, Ms. Ferrick led her own company specializing in inside sales and sales operations. She helped companies optimize resources, decrease operational inefficiencies, and develop systematic and repeatable processes that optimize growth opportunities. Ms. Ferrick is a graduate of Florida International University and has additional professional training in Win Without Pitching® and Run Like Clockwork™. She is an accomplished speaker, having spoken for the Council for Entrepreneurial Development, NC IDEA™, NC RiOT™, Run Like Clockwork Annual Conference, and the University of North Carolina’s Entrepreneurship Center.

Lilly and Patrick have four children and two grand-loves. She enjoys training her boxer, Star; crime drama; and serving on the board for a non-profit that helps formerly incarcerated women succeed in societal re-entry.
